The first water based cap vinyl. After years of making caps with hazardous solvents the era of the "safe" cap plastic has arrived. Water-Melon is superior to standard cap plastic in many ways. Thins with water. Edges dissolve with alcohol, not acetone. No solvent vapors. Water-Melon can be applied directly to the skin like latex and can be slushed into plaster molds like latex. You can make plastic appliances from plaster molds whose edges can be dissolved with alcohol. The caps or appliances made with Water-Melon can be applied WITHOUT ADHESIVE, using 99% isopropyl alcohol as you would adhesive. Water-Melon can be brushed, sponged, slushed, or sprayed. About 2 oz. can sponge one cap. No respirators needed. No haz. mat shipping needed. Can be tinted with our Water-Melon tints (see below). FDA APPROVED COATING

PLASTIC BALD CAP  ALCOHOL SOLUBLE

             Small, short nape: $19.00

Water - Melon plastic caps are the only caps made from a water based vinyl whose edges can be blended with alcohol for an imperceptible blend.  It is recommended that this cap be applied WITHOUT ADHESIVE. Using 99% alcohol as you would adhesive will bond the cap to the skin. Ideal for use on television or film but equally useful for life casting, demo's, and masquerade since no glue is needed to adhere and no remover needed to remove. This results in a much better experience for the subject. Qualifies for the plastic cap requirement by the IATSE for testing. FDA APPROVED COATING. Since many hair gels contain alcohol and plasticizers that may weaken alcohol soluble caps we highly recommend using our exclusive Non Alcohol Hair Fix Gel (See above) with this cap.
